1. Get money back if you see a price drop on Amazon after you buy something.It drives me crazy when I see the price drop after I already purchased something. At Amazon, if you see if drop, all you need to do is contact customer service and they’ll refund you the difference. Sweet!
However, this only applies to items shipped and sold by Amazon. The official policy says it must be done within seven days of your delivery date, but it’s worth a shot to try even if you’re over this time period.
2. Price Tracker! Get price drop alerts and see price history with this website CamelCamelCamel
This is pretty cool. CamelCamelCamel is a price tracker that will email or tweet you when an item you want on Amazon goes down in price. The website even has price history charts for most items, so you can see whether something has gone lower or higher over time.
No sign up required for CamelCamelCamel but signing up does give you email alerts and Amazon Wishlist access, which is pretty cool.
3. Use Amazon Coupons, Subscribe and Save, or Stack Using Both!
Did you know Amazon has coupons? So while you are checking your favorite items, just take note if there is a coupon available – mostly for food, household items, anything you’d find at the grocery store. Make sure you click the “Clip Coupon” button and the discount will be added. Now, subscribe and save will save you 5% on the product you’re ordering automatically. You sign up to buy the product automatically every month, every 2 months, every 6 months, etc. The good thing is though you can cancel this anytime. You can save double by “stacking” and using the coupon + subscribe and save option, too!
